Project Purpose:
The purpose of the Mobile Clinic/Telehealth Outreach Project is to provide primary healthcare services and specialist consults, including dental, to the underserved residents in rural Tulare County. TDH will visit each site once a week bringing health care directly to the community in a Mobile Health Clinic.

Project Service Area:
The Mobile Clinic/Telehealth Project will provide primary and preventative medical care for these impoverished communities in rural Tulare County.  The target population is the Hispanic agricultural workers and their families.
