Project Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to reduce disparities in diabetes, obesity, and other nutrition-related medical conditions through improved access to and quality of nutrition-related health services

Project Service Area:
This project targets Hispanic, low-income and other underserved patients with diabetes, obesity and other nutrition-related medical conditions in the rural communities of Toppenish, Grandview, and Prosser, Washington.
