Project Purpose:
The purpose of the Texas Independence Program (TIP) is to reduce the need for long-term institutional placement and increase options in the community for the frail, elderly, and disabled residents in our service area.

The service area of this project includes Colorado, Lavaca and Jackson Counties, located between San Antonio, Houston and Corpus Christi.
