Project Purpose:
The purpose of the Salkehatchie NEEDS (Nutrition, Education, and Exercise for Diabetes Stabilization) Diabetes Initiative is to improve the lives of diabetics by providing them with the education and tools they need to take control of the disease, instead of allowing it to control their lives.
