Project Purpose:
The purpose of this program is to minimize the effects of pulmonary disease resulting from exposure to environmental hazards.

Project Service Area:
This project serves active and inactive coal miners, as well as those employed in other dust-producing industries in 21 counties throughout Pennsylvania.  The 21 counties are: Blair, Cambria, Centre, Huntingdon, Bedford, Westmoreland, Cameron, Clearfield, Clinton, Fulton, Indiana, Jefferson, Mifflin, Somerset, Carbon, Columbia, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Schuylkill, Dauphin and Northumberland.
