Project Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to improve patient safety through the implementation of an integrated medication safety program.  Through the use of comprehensive information systems and automation, the processes of ordering, transcribing, dispensing and administering medication will be improved substantially.

Project Service Area:
Primary care practices throughout Wayne and Pike Counties, Pennsylvania and portions of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania and Sullivan County, NY will be served by this project.
