Project Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to ensure basic primary medical and dental services to our target population.

Project Service Area:
This project serves adults and children with incomes under 200 percent of the federal poverty level in Willard (Huron County), Ohio, as well as portions of neighboring Seneca and Crawford counties.
