Project Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to integrate behavioral health care into primary care practice, add behavioral health professions faculty and trainees from the University of Nebraska Medical Center training program into a residential adolescent facility, and to use the same students to provide training to at risk mothers in the Healthy Families program.

Project Service Area:
In rural Nebraska, 88 of the 93 counties are federally-designated Mental Health Shortage Areas (HPSAs).  Individuals have been served from 28 counties in Nebraska.  It is anticipated that the number of individuals served in the third year will continue to increase.
