Project Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to develop a coordinated and comprehensive diabetes project that will systematically address unmet health care needs and reduce prevalent health disparities in our region.

Project Service Area:
This project serves Mississippi Service Region A, which includes the twenty-one counties of Attala, Benton, Bolivar, Carroll, Coahoma, Holmes, Grenada, Lafayette, Leflore, Marshall, Montgomery, Panola, Quitman, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tippah, Tunica, Union, Washington, and Yalobusha.
