Project Purpose:
The purpose of the Road to Good Health project is to provide health care to extremely rural communities by developing a consortium of schools and health care providers to establish school based health clinics at three school sites.

Project Service Area:
The consortium will target their efforts to the areas with the “worst of the worst” health care access according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration designations: Trout Lake, Dafter, Chippewa, Superior, Garfield, and Bay Mills Townships.
