Project Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to continue the outreach and education efforts specific to: informing and educating Medicare beneficiaries of changes in plan structures; educating them of the benefits of Low Income Subsidy (LIS) and Medicare Savings Program (MSP) and assisting in the application process of both; enrolling them into the Part D plan that best suits them; reevaluating current Part D plans to assure the plan is the best financial opportunity for them; and broadening the scope of outreach to include all aspects of Medicare benefits.
