Project Purpose:
The purpose of this program is to provide services to retired, active, and disabled coal miners as well as other patients suffering from respiratory diseases.

Project Service Area:
This project primarily serves five counties, Harlan, Knott, Letcher, Perry and Pike, in Eastern Kentucky, but an increasing number of patients are coming from other counties and states.
