Project Purpose:
The purpose of the Connections Rural Health Initiative is to address identified health care needs, facilitate and encourage healthy behaviors, and help overcome barriers and disparities which interfere with families' ability to foster their own and their children's health. 

Project Service Area:
The Kentucky United Methodist Home provides health care and human services for low income children, youth and families in Anderson and Madison Counties, two rural counties in central Kentucky.
