Project Purpose:
The purpose of the project is to improve the health and wellness of people living in our service area by 1) focusing on decreasing barriers 2) providing prevention and early intervention education 3) increasing treatment effectiveness.  

Project Service Area:
This project will provide services to residents in the rural communities of Fayette, Franklin and Rush counties in Indiana, especially the low income and elderly.  The consortium members involved in this project are Dunn Center, Family Health Services, Inc., and Affiliated Service Providers of Indiana, Inc.
