Project Purpose:
This purpose of the Enhanced Primary Health Care project is to create a meaningful, sustainable and lasting provision of comprehensive primary care. The Rural Health Network of Monroe County, FL., Inc. (RHNMC) seeks to partner with a local for-profit hospital network member and with the largest substance abuse and mental health facility in this county, to offer 7 day per week, 10 hour per day outpatient primary care, coupled with outpatient mental health and substance abuse services and dental care access for uninsured residents of the Lower Florida Keys.
