Project Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to bring primary care services through a permanent satellite clinic to the remote island community of Two Harbors.  The project will also continue to bring needed bilingual specialty services to the island city of Avalon using telemedicine technology.  Services will especially benefit the medically fragile and low-income island residents.

Project Service Area:
The service area of this project is Santa Catalina Island, located 26 miles off the coast of Long Beach, California.
